Question about Amazon app store

I am wondering if anyone knows about a way to require a password on the Amazon app store, for purchases. My young daughter has this tablet, and you can browse the app store without signing in, but in order to purchase the apps, you have to of course log in. The problem this presents is that after you log in, you remain logged in and she could conceivably purchase a ton of paid apps that would go through, without my permission. If anyone knows a way to to do this, please let me know! I don't want to end up with hundreds of $$'s worth of apps. ;)

Thanks!

Under settings there is an option to Pin Lock in app purchases, not sure if it works with paid apps as I only use Amazon for the Free App of the Day. This has stopped my 5yr old from buying levels on Wheres My Water.

Thanks! Yeah, I have that enabled, but I'd like to find some way to keep her from being able to purchase games in the first place and it doesn't seem like there's a way to do that, like there is on my Asus tablet or my son's Kindle Fire. :(

Let me look at my N7 when I get home in case there is another option as I only checked on my GNex. You could also get one of the apps that allows you to pinlock apps themselves but I haven't used one, so I don't know the ins and outs.

Would you like me to move this thread to the Android Applications forum where it will be exposed to a broader audience.
