Question about Chat/IM

Hello
So first off, I have looked for another thread addressing this question, but alas have came up empty handed. Most likely, there is a thread out there asking this exact question, but it seems to be alluding me.

Is there an app for Instant Messaging Chat (Mainly wanted for Facebook chat and Yahoo chat) that doesn't count against text messages? I have limited texting plan and if there is, it would be awesome!

There are lots of apps that do that. The Facebook app has chat built in. Google talk is also free.
Do a search in the market for instant messaging, you'll come up with probably 50 apps.
Yahoo has an app in the market. Ebuddy, gochat, meebo, trillian etc combine most "chat/im" programs.
