Help question about flashing roms

im a noob at this whole rooting and flashing stuff but i do like it better than a jailbreak on a ipod or iphone so give me a break ._. well i hate doing all the steps whenever i want to switch roms can i make a back up of each rom when its already installed and just restore to whatever rom after ?

Yes... You can use TWRP recovery to backup roms and restore them. That's the easy way of jumping from rom to rom. You can also use recovery to restore a backup if you brick your phone.
