Help question about kitkat (moto e) - Meeting profile

hello friends i just got my moto e..so please tell me is there "meeting" profile in moto e ??? if yes then please let me know how to turn it on?? i even dnt found silent mode?? how can i access these profiles??
 
i want to block some nos...meeting profile is one that was in ericson walkman series phone...we have to make a list whose call we want to receive
is there such profile or mode or any app??
