question about memory storgae

Hey guys.
i have a question . i have samsung galaxy s2 16gb.
in the task manager in storage tab. my 16 gb is split into
1. system strogae = 1.97 gb
2. usb storgae = 11.50 gb

where as in many fones i have seen that the memory is not split into 2. its just one single complete memory ( 16gb or 32 gb)

whats the difference n how can i end up this split memory thing in my fone and covert it into a single memory (non shared).

Its partitioned that way in SGS2 and I haven't heard of anyone being able to unpartition it. 11.5GB USB storage is for your use. You can keep your data there. Some apps would also place their data here.

The 2GB is where downloaded apps would be placed and run from. You can move part of the apps to external microSD through mnove2SD.

Do a search through the forums. Lots of explanation on what you can do with those memory.

SGS3 does not partition the same way. Its together. But you can't do Move2SD with the S3 (unless rooted).

yes i know which partition is for what but i wanted to unpartition it. 11.7gb is really less for me.
cuz ive alot of heaavy games n now only 1 gb is remaining. so i cant put any other game unless i delete any previous one
