Root Question about modding stock keyboard?

So i love Swype, but have slight issues with both stock and Swype keyboards. Finally settled on stock with edited build prop to have trace applied. My question is, can i somehow add in the Swype button that adds and deletes words from the dictionary? Failing that, is there a way to add the stock smilies to the Swype keyboard? You see the loss of those two things together is what bugs me. And I've tried the third party Swype smiley keyboard in the Google store, before it's mentioned. I hated that one too. (I'm picky lol)

To add words to the dictionary with the stock keyboard, you should just need to tap the word you want to add in the suggestions row and it will ask if you want to save it.

Ok. What about the function on Swype keyboard to slide above letters for caps and caps lock? Can that be imported somehow to stock?
