Question about Play and adding apps from my laptop

Hi!

So, my Samsung Galaxy Ace was stolen. I have tried to install Remote Phone Access, Android Lost, Plan B, but none of them seem to work. I'm guessing they've disconnected the phone from my Google account, and the apps I'm downloading don't actually reach the phone. Even though my phone still appears in the My Devices list on Play.

Question I have is that how accurate is the My Android Applications list on Play? My apps keep disappearing and reappearing, but I'm wondering if it's the culprit uninstalling the Apps or it's just because Play couldn't reach the phone and didn't finish the install (even though for a while, it claims to be installed).

Give it to me hard and cold, Internet. There's still a bit of hope alive in me that it's possible to get the phone back, but if your diagnose is that it's all dead and gone, I can accept that as well and I'll block the phone.

Thanks!

If you try to install those things from afar, the culprit will see them "downloading" on the phone and probably cancel it. Which is why it shows and disappears. And yes as far as I know, the list on the play store for installed apps is pretty accurate. If you signed into a Samsung account on your Ace (when you opened the SamsungApps), you can go to samsungdive.com and track your device, even remote wipe it, without having to install anything on your phone.
