Question about returning or exhanging

i havnt gotten my phone..ill have it mon..but just in case i was wondering i ordered mine from verizon online if i have a problem would i be able to exchange or return at a verizon store?

I dont think this is the place to be talking about ex-hanging but believe me I am right there with you

I always order my Verizon phones online and I always return them too! They will tell you to just take it to the nearest Verizon Store for returns and or exchanges. My problem is there are no Verizon stores for 200 miles so I do it ALL through Fed-Ex.
