Help Question about Samsung Galaxy S3 Notifications in Lock Screen?

Hello everyone,

Can someone tell me please, if I have my pin unlock set, can I still get pop ups for the following on my lock screen on the S3?:

Ebay
Calendar Reminders
SMS
Missed Calls

If you use pattern / password / PIN + swipe to unlock, all notifications you got before, you keep. Not sure if you disable swipe to unlock completely

yes u do get the reminders on the lock screen but if u want to view them it will ask you for ure password/pin before opening anything.

Thank you both. I was reading that on some android phones if you have a lockscreen pin protected then it prevents notifications from popping up on the lock screen, that is not the case with the S3?

nope that was the case on the s2 the s3 shows you missed calls and everything.
