I doubt anyone here can give you that information. Google regularly publish usage percentages for the various Android versions, but I've never seen figures for individual devices from any source.
There's no such thing.

Let me explain another reason why this may be impossible.
The android operating system is free and open to all vendors. Google does not keep too much track of its vendors, it would be impossible for them.
Also, shipments can get skewed because those numbers are not counted by customer sales, but mainly how much say, Walmart bought. Not the consumer end. So say I was an amazingly smooth talker and was able to sell Walmart 2million units. Walmart sells none of them. This skews the numerical representation of market share.
But if you want a best guess, go to your local Verizon store, and which one they want to sell you is the best guess. People will just listen to the pushed product ;p

Everyone has their own opinions, in the website I posted, there best (opinion) was the HTC One M8
In which market? India, USA, China, Europe, worldwide? You'll get different answers in different markets, and if different methodologies are used to assess usage.
