Help Question about the Jelly Bean lock screen...

Hi guys, I have a question about the lock screen in Jelly Bean. I've set up a pattern lock on my stock Nexus 4, but when I hold the power button on the lock screen, there's the option to turn off the phone (or turn on airplane mode) etc.
Is there a way to disable this option? I don't want anyone to be able to turn off my phone without unlocking it first.
