Help Question about Themes and Wallpapers

Zeth Fost

Lurker
I've come across an interesting frustration. For the longest time I had one particular theme installed. I have since deleted it. I applied the default theme. Then I applied a wallpaper.
I now have the old icon tray (the customizable ones by the all apps icon) behind my current icon tray. If a wallpaper is not applied, then it's not visible. When it's behind my app tray it is not functional, and I wish I could ignore it, but it thinks there's a notification.). And it is visible on the background when it let's me select a wallpaper.
Any ideas?

Sounds like your old theme is sticking. Don't know if it will help but have you done a cache wipe?
This one was odd. It is kinda fixed. So, I used Avast system cleaner, then went through and manually cleared a lot of cache. Then restarted.
Now, only one particular image (the same one I was trying to use previously) causes this issue. I'll try to re-download it if I really want. But using a different image seems to have resolved it.
Odd because they're saved jpg files, but whatev. Thanks!
