Help Question about wall paper size

how big can the resolution be for a wall paper on a droid x phone.

Is there some trick to use photos with this resolution as wallpaper? I've got a number of images with this resolution on my phone but when I try to set them as my wallpaper it always forces me to crop the image. It results in a reduced resolution image that looks less then ideal.

Unfortunately it seems to be a "feature" of the X. It really isn't that big of a PitA though. Just stretch the cropping border so that it includes the entire photo. Save it and bingo.
