Hello admin. Ihave a question please help me. I have samsung s3 and i want to share a wifi internet sharing to other wifi devices. Lets explain my nebiour gives me a wifi connection for a single phone. So i want to share my mobile wifi to other mobile phones. I search for this problem and i failed. So admin please help me and solve my problem. Iam waiting.

You can't "share" a wifi connection, only a mobile data (3G/4G) one. To share a wifi connection you need a wifi Access Point or router.

p.s. If your neighbour allows connection for a single advice I'd ask before attempting to share it to a wider audience. The neighbour might not appreciate the additional usage. ;)

What you are referring to is called wifi tethering. However, you cannot piggy-back tethered wifi connections onto a wifi source connection. You might be able do direct USB tethering, using the phone that is connected to neighbor's wifi. Search for tether apps and see if it is supported.
