Question About Wireless Tether

Hello All, I just rooted my evo and installed Wireless Tether, App works great , connected an Ipad and a laptop to it with no problems. I went in to work and just for demonstration a coworker tried to connect wirelessy from his evo to mine, but he couldn't even find my network that I was transmitting. Any ideas on why this is so. Thanks

Prolly because your using the older Wi-Fi tether that only supports Ad-Hoc. You need Infrastructure...see here:
