Help question about xperia neo's battery

hey guys
i just bought a SE xperia neo and im confused waether to fully drain the battery then recharge or just plug in the charger when it reachs 10-5% "is there a possible battery damage??"
yeah its a noob question,well its my first android phone
another question,should i leave the phone charging few more hours after reaching 100% battery full?....i searched over internet and some ppl with arc "same battery",claimed it improved their battery life

It really should not have any effect on the battery at all. The main reason being that the phone will stop charging when it gets to 100% and then not start charging again till it drops to about 92%.

My battery also cannot last..
If play game...i think...cannot last 1 day..

There could be a variety of reasons for this. However how long do you believe that you may spend playing a game on the handset during the course of a day?
