Question about xperia z battery life..

Good day to all of you.. I dont have a xperia z but im planning to have one and also im a heavy user , I just want to have some comments and ratings about the phone users. My another question is about the battery life of the Sony Xperia Z how does the battery life lasts in a day?? cause before i bought xperia sola and the battery sucks i played temple run for just for 1minute and then the battery lost 1% and I watched video for just 2hours from 100% it becomes 20% what da heck!! I opened wifi for 5mins it losses 3%... Sony bravia,wifi,bluetooth,live wallpaper,brightness to zero are all off!! Should i buy iphone 5, samsung s3 or xperia z I cant pick one of them pls help me thanks and god bless...

The way you described it, as far as I can tell, you'll probably expect about the same with the Xperia Z.

I'm also a power user (heavy WiFi Hotspot) to service my iPad or laptop. To cover my battery needs, I bought extra chargers and put them in the car and another in the office. And whenever I'm on foot, I have a mobile battery pack in my bag to recharge my phone and iPad.

The Xperia Z is a powerhouse of features and performance that sadly a two-decade old battery technology is no longer able to cope up with. Unless they invent a new battery that has a higher power density than Li-Ion or Li-Poly, we're probably stuck with this arrangement.

I'm using the Z but I don't have those problems. Although my Stamina mode displays 18 hours when on, 5 hours when off, my phone can do 20% drain for a full hour of LTE browsing (pretty standard despite the great screen) and with all wireless off I can go up to 1% drain per hour of standby.

Quick update: today. Current battery: 13% after 11 hours on battery
Details:
- 3.5 full hours of 4G LTE browsing (15% per hour, pretty impressive compared to iPhone 5 and S III

- 30 minutes of Temple Run 2
- 5 hours of power off (summer timetable. school day)
- 1.5 hour of standby with LTE on half the time

Very Satisfying. You should totally get Xperia z if you are expecting to use it for about 6-7 hours. If more, get the phone to but maybe bring a charger. Xperia Z is the BEST!! IPhone 5's LTE browsing uses a lot more battery than mine, same as the GS III
