I'm really sleepy but I think you can edit framework-res.apk. Actually an app to do it would probably be the easiest. Here is one. You should probably read all the info before using it because I'm too tired.

It's much deeper than I thought. It would be easier to just place Eri.XML in the /data partition . I'll post the file you can edit later tomorrow or you can get it from my github.
