Apps Question- Easy software to create the following...

Hello everyone,

If possible, I will be very thankful for any thought of yours for the following-

I am interested in creating and selling digital "toy" apps(android at first), that include simple 2d animation that reacts to the mobile movement or external sounds etc(sensory mobile features)

For example- A funny animated character that jumps when the user say "jump" towards the mobile device(voice use only, without any clicking)

The parts of the designs(cartoon character etc.) are available and I am looking to find the easiest software(for windows 7 PC) to use in order to achieve the above.

I have zero coding knowledge and will be happy to find a"no coding necessary", easiest, cheapest,drag & drop, WYSIWYG software, that will also enable me to directly export as an app suitable for android(I do not know if I need a full game creation software, and hope that there is some cheap and easy-to-use alternative)

The reason for looking for such easy, "no coding necessary" software is because I usually look to create simple animations, as described above, that reacts to external voice or movement, as opposed to complex games development(and as mentioned above, I hope that there is a simple software that enable that)

I will be very thankful for any advice of yours for the above.

Then either you learn programming (coding is just translating an already designed program into a particular programming language), you hire a programmer or you don't get your app built. No one who can actually write that kind of program (one that will fill in the code for you - if you want it done from drag&drop, it's going to be some pretty good AI) is going to spend the time writing such a program. And it probably wouldn't run on something as powerless as a desktop computer if they did.
