Hey Guys,
I Have A Spice Mi 280 Android 2.3.4 Device
Which Cannot Be Upgraded To 4.0 ICs
So I Installed Go Launcher, SMs, Contacts, Locker
To MAke my Device Look Like IcS
But The Problem Is The Default GaPPs Also KEep Running In The Background Making My Device Horribly SloW.....
Any Ideas .....
Please Help..!

After you install and setup the stuff, reboot the phone.

The latest Go Launcher may not be the most efficient. Try ADW, and compare, just to be safe.

N I am nt only talking abt go launcher but also of sms , contacts , locker and an ics keyboard making mah fone really..slow

Just reboot it. I believe it works because if I try to open TouchWiz when from a reboot with Go Launcher default, it still takes time to load unlike if it was running in the background.

Why not just root it and install a custom ROM with ICS?

I think you should wait until Cyanogenmod 9 is officially released.
