[Question] Has anyone successfully unlocked their T-Mobile Alcatel One Touch Fierce?

I bought code from unlockineed(dot)org but have problems with puting it in Fierce-do not ask for NCK code if I start it with non T-Mob sim.I need it wipe or reflash,wipe from menu or recovery is not enough,wipe with adb dont work to me(fastboot -dont know how to set on Fierce)
Reflash-dont have update.zip or working backup.I did ask Alcatel and T-Mob for it,but no luck...
