[Question]How to change Ongoing Taks Color

So I have been trying to find where to change the ongoing tasks color from black to white on 2.1 I have found a few great guides and get how perform hex edits and all that, but I cant find the file. I have tried all the status bar labeled files in framework-res/res/layout and poked around a few other places aswell.

Anyone know what xml controls this?
