Hey all. I know some Note 2 owners never use the S-Pen. They probably won't be reading this thread. Personally I use it every single day, many many times. In fact I'd be totally lost without it.
Now, the last thing I do when I've finished using my phone is to put the S-Pen back into the phone, and that got me thinking; there is obviously a sensor of some kind that can tell when you remove the S-Pen because when you do the screen comes on. Surely there must be some way of utilising it to do the opposite; turn the screen off when you put the S-Pen back into the phone.
If it is at all possible I'm guessing it'd need the phone to be rooted. I always said I wouldn't root my phone but I'd be willing to just for that feature (which might sound insane to some but hey, each to his own ).
So, anybody out there know if it's do-able?
