Welcome to the forums!

Which handset do you own?

[Questionable]

hi reina welcome to the forum, I don't think this is the ideal place to post your support question and you'll run into sorts like me that raid your thread and offer nothing of any value

have a little browse around and Im sure you'll find the ideal place to do so and perhaps even stumble upon other great tips and tricks. good luck!
