Question on calender and cpu usage

The calender cant do bi-weekly appointments - is there anyway this can be added?

Also in the status area at the top of the phone, is there a tool that shows a bar for CPU usage?

Finally, is there anywhere where brainstorms/ideas and changes to apps can be raised? Apols i don't know what the official HTC/Android site is. Had a fish but its really not very clear! Is Android a free development OS like maemo or is it owned by google therefore all control goes through them?

I think that Google generally controls it but companies have the option to modify it and use which ever version they want.

Google try to control as little as they can.
