Apps Question on Dev. Unlocked G1s

I currently have an Unlocked Developer G1 phone that is currently being used on the AT&T Network.


I have been reading a couple things on tech blogs lately.


1. T-Mobile Updates being released. Which I know I can not get since I am on the AT&T Network

2. Cupcake OS due to come out eventually in the future.


Does anyone know if you have a G1 Dev Phone. If we will ever be able to take advantage of any of the Software updates that get released? There are allot of new fixes and features they are introducing soon that would be nice to have.

Thats what I am thinking. Read an article that there was an updated SDK that allowed you to copy some of the new features over. But they did not go into detail on how the final version would be released onto the Dev G1. So guess we need to sit back and see what Google has in store for that area
