hi..does anyone here know how to resolve "authentication error" on an android tablet.. ive already restored factory settings but still getting thesame error msg =( somebody pls help me.. thanks ...

Hello and welcome to the forum. In a two-factor identification, the user is required to give two pieces of information to the system, like your username/password. The username/password that you have type in does not match the one on record. I hope you get this problem resolved.
