Root Question to custom ROM users

Custom ROM users, please report back on how the froyo update has effected battery life and particularly has it made any difference on how the phone reports the charge left in the battery!
As you probably know the 2.1 has many a problems in this field .

Please specify what ROM u are using.

I've been using many custom ROMs, but I've got to say the JPF firmware is way better for battery life then eclair ROMs

Does that mean you dont have the "Battery says it's at 60% an then dies" problem with Custom rom's.

Well, I've never had that problem. But definitely not with the custom ROMs I've tried.

I have just installed Indroid v3.0 Honeycomb Remix XXJPM Stock Lagfixed version.

Quadrant score 520 (compared with 340 for XXJPF)

Tried several other custom ROMs but this is by far the one which has made the best first impression on me.

does the wi-fi work with this rom , I am new started flashing sat 23 july 3 days ago
4 roms no go, finally speed mod v 1.31 working can connect to my wireless router cant get on net though.

used adb shell looked all the files, nothing

hi everyone ..m new here...can anyone plz help me in setting the proxy on android...i have already instal custom rom(kyrillos 5.7)...bt still my internet is not working..i have used transproxy,proxydroid,asproxy and many more....bt al waste...what to du???
