hi i'm having trouble with my itel P33 plus..... it keeps saying enter privacy protection password, i enter then it tells me it's a wrong pin?????

The problem here is that if there was a way you could bypass this then a thief could do the same, rendering the lock screen useless.

Some phones will prompt for an alternative authentication, such as your Google login, if you get it wrong too often. Some will reset the phone. I don't know which your phone will do, so can't recommend trying that.

One oddity: you say it asks for a password but then says "wrong PIN"? It might be that Lenovo have messed up their coding, but I'd expect it to be consistent about password vs PIN. So which is it asking for, a password or a PIN?
