How do I take off the am and pm sign on the clock... at the status bar

How do I take off the am and pm sign on the clock... at the status bar

I'm not sure, however I do think that ROMs based off of CM7 or CM7 itself would give the option to do so, then again I'm really not sure.

you can switch it to military 24 hr time.
settings > date & time > use 24-hour format.
just remember for correct pm time, subtract 12 to find out the hour.

12:00am is displayed as 0:00
1:00pm " " 13:00
and so on, for those who cant read 24 hr time format.

Lol nah I don't want that one...
I want to remove the am-pm sign ... so it would look good for a theme I'm making

i assume you would have to edit the corresponding xml files

You can remove them with CM7, I did it last night. Then I realized MMS was not working at all >:O

um i cant remember at the moment but i saw it somewhere on XDA once
edit: i knew it had to be somwhere in the systemui, a single one digit change does the trick lol

You can remove them with CM7, I did it last night. Then I realized MMS was not working at all >:O

you have to flash MetrON2 in order to get MMS to work on CM7 but it only works when you have wifi off. the am/pm is already off when you flash CM7
