Question

I have a galaxy note and I installed a program "Ex Mail" and I can't uninstall it. When I go to Settings -> Applications and click on the App. the uninstall button is greyed out. How can I unstall this app as it doesn't work and causes lots of problems.

Try going back to the market and finding the app. The "install" button should be an "uninstall" button if the app is installed on the phone.

I tried to go to the store and when I get to the App I get buttons "Open" or "Deactivate". When I click "Decativate" I get the message "THis app is a device admimistrator and must be deactivated before unistalling". When I click OK here nothing happens.

How do I deactive an administrator app?
