as I stated in the asurion thread. the first replacement phone that they sent me I had a problem with the flasher for the camera. the asurion agent I called asked me to turn the phone off, take out the battery and with the battery out hold the power button for 15 secs. afterwards I was to put the battery back in and test to see if the flash worked. and it didn't.
so my question is what exactly does that process do or atleast what was it suppose to do? is it to reset the fuction of the phone? recalibrate? or what?
