So, I have a Motorola Droid RAZR HD XT926... Sort of. I rooted it and installed safestrap v3.75 (because I never unlocked it) and flashed Cyanogenmod 12.1 along with the corresponding GApps package. It loaded and said optimizing apps 1/100 etc then got to a screen saying Android is starting... And would stay there. I later learned that I flashed Cyanogenmod 12.1 for the XT912. So, I tried to flash Cyanogenmod for the 926,
but got an error saying "this package is for an xt926 and that the device was a umts_spyder. Well, no problem, I've had that predicament before. So I decided to sbf it with rsd lite. Well the xt926 sbf files didn'twork bbecause it still thought it was a xt912. So I tried with the XT912 sbf files,and bam it works.. However I could only get it to load by going through the bootloader and clicking bp tools (don't even know what that is). So now I'm running the official xt912 stock 4.1.2. I figured why not and rooted it, flashed safestrap and flashed the XT912 Cyanogenmod 12.1 rom. And that's what I'm currently running. I do not understand how this happened. I mean, its functioning, but so confusing. Sorry about the long post!
