Questionable listings in my Google history

Wierd stuff in Google history all of a sudden. Data Recovery Tool
S Settings
Both say Google play app used. I click on it and it isn't found. Doesn't exist. I searched in Google play and those apps are not even an option.
The stuff below is also been on history. Pretty much all started same time. Am I hacked?

those are all system apps and seems harmless to me. i doubt you are hacked. most system apps will have names that seems suspicious or nefarious, but they are not.

the jansky app looks like it has something to do with multi-lines:

and the second has to do with profile switching....or something like that:

and lastly the last one looks like it is tied up with smart switch:
