Every time I run a speed test on my phone it jumps out to a high reading and then immediatley drps back down, rarely will the test stay smooth. Does anyone know if there is a way to keep that initial throughput open while the entire test runs?
My thoughts are that if it opens up so high why can't we find a way to keep that channel wide open and circumvent the restrictions put on our devices by the carriers? Is it possible to do this, or at least get a starting point to find a way to achieve a better throughput?
I'd appreciate input from some of you who have knowledge of how the system works.
