Root Questions about LG Marquee

Hello I've a Sprint LG Marquee. I've downloaded CTMod. I don't use this phone for cellular service, only thing I use it for is fast internet browsing like a tablet. Do you know anything I need to do so that it does not search for cellular service? Is there any way to shutdown radio portion of the cellphone permanently? I generally use in airplane mode.

What voltage control should I use to enable fast internet browsing, specially streaming tv with adobe flash?

Is there any plan to roll out Jelly bean for LG Marquee for Boost/Sprint? Thanks and keep up the good work.
