Questions about writing on Galaxy Tab 2

Hi everyone.. I'm brand new here so I apologize if I'm asking something that's been covered a million times.

I just recently got a Galaxy Tab 2 and I was wondering two things:

1. Can you use a stylus with it?

2. Can you get S Note or a similar program for it?

I use Adonit's JotPro capacitive stylus and Freenote 7.9.8 for writing freestyle.

The S-pen does not work with Tab 2 10.1
