Questions before purchase

False. I even tried to buy it from them at that price and they wouldn't sell it to me. They told me it was an error. Even buying it online through the upgrade plan presented me with the $379 price.

Now I haven't actually tried starting a new plan and seeing if I get that price, but everything T-mobile said to me says its wrong. The stores don't honor it anyways.

Good luck to you if you decide to go that route!

I had seen the price on the website, and called them directly. I did not actually purchase it as Im still shopping around, but they told me over the phone the $309 price. I wonder if I should call again and take the purchase further and see if it stays that price.

Otherwise Im going to try and save up for the N1. Not sure sure anymore if my carrier is getting it, but cant hurt to wait.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I really appreciate your insight.

Im still waffling between the N1 and the BH2. I have a few more questions if you all would be willing to answer some more.

Ive read some reports concerning flash 10+ not coming to some android handsets because of OS/hardware limitations. Which sucks because the BH2 wouldnt in this case. Is the BH2 currently capable of displaying objects that use flash? IE: Youtube? If so, is it buggy? What would the drawbacks to NOT having flash 10 be?

Again, thanks for all the help, nice to see a decent community growing up around android devices.

Falsh is just like animation and certain videos you can't see if you don't have flash and certain websites. but youtube will always be available for video watching.

Flash is not all its cracked up to be. HTML 5 is going to replace most video players (including hulu and youtube). The rollover properties of flash are impossible to recreate in a touch screen (except the Blackberry Storm). So unless you have a specific site that you want to use flash on, it is basically completely worthless on any Android phone. If you simply want it because it is the buzz word now, just ignore it becaseu by the time it is actually released, you will probably be on your next phone.
