Questions for those who purchased at full price....

I have a couple of questions for those who purchased this phone at full off-contract price.

1. Does the phone come with a sim card or do you have to also purchase one?

2. Is there any coupons or discounts that can be used off contract?

3. What is the cheapest place to buy it, if you have a 20% verizon work discount does that apply to phone purchases?
