I'm New to the forum and plan on reading quite a bit to learn about the nuances of android. Until then, I have a couple of questions regarding the Galaxy S3.
First, the backup assistance plus began downloading all of my data initially, including music until I unchecked that option. Now, my backup usage is half eaten by music and the "not backup up" queue is littered with thousands of music files. I do not want music backed up and want to clear both the queue and the music files already downloaded. Can somebody please explain how to complete those tasks?
After two weeks of ownership, I'm deeply troubled with the instability of this phone. Three times the phone has randomly shutoff with sufficient battery life and I've had to take the battery out and restart for it to respond. Is this because of an unstable app or another reason? If this issue goes away, I will consider the switch to android a positive one. Otherwise, I will regret the move from IOS. I know that comment is a bit harsh and might elicit negative responses, but the reality is aside from apps occasionally being unresponsive, the iphone was rock solid in this respect.
