Questions regarding MHL device

Ok
So if i get the MHL adapter i can display what is on my phone onto my TV using HDMI. So would sound come out my TV and my PHONE or would sound just transmit through the TV.

My second question is that if i was using this, can i use a pair of bluetooth headphones to listen to what i am watching and would there be any lag when i am watching my movies and stuff

Sound only goes thru the hdmi when plugged in. I never tried my bluetooth with the mhl but think no unless tv does the bluetooth.
