Quick and stupid question - commenting in 2.2

I can't figure out how to make a comment on an app in the market.

I know that w/Froyo, one of the changes is that Comments has it's own tab. I can see the comments just fine but can't find the way to comment myself.

I feel stupid. Plz help.

After you've installed the app, on the "About" tab, give it a rating (the stars). After you do that, you'll be given the option to leave a comment.
