Help Quick Circle Icons Embedded?

On my G4 there are four Quick Circle apps that are ticked but 'greyed out' which means I can't untick them. I don't use my phone for music and I don't want 'Settings' in my Quick Circle list and these icons just clutter up the window.

Are other people's QC icons 'embedded' in this way or can you untick them? Can anyone suggest how I can untick mine?

Ditto here, can't remove those. Not worth worrying about.
