Quick Circle locks screen when cover is open and folded on back (over camera)

hello,


i have a lg g4 with quickcircle case.
case works ok.

i wan't to play a game and i put the cover at the back, over the camera - circle is over the camera/volume buttons.
but the case locks the screen and i can't play my game???



is there a setting ?
is the case faulty ?

I don't understand, my QC case when folded over the back leaves the hole over the camera and buttons. When you shut the case the clock is in the circle? Your case is like this one?

I got mine off of eBay and it says LG G4 on the case itself. But just like yours mine does the same thing when you fold the cover to the back it locks the screen to the circle. I've looked it up and I couldn't find a fix for it anywhere.

Hmm that's strange. Is it definitely a legitimate LG case? The one I got isn't an LG but it works fine. I'm just wondering if perhaps the magnet in your cases are a little stronger and is sensing the case closed from round the back.

I think it has something to do wireless charger pin not being on the case.
