quick contacts glitch?

One thing I noticed with my razr maxx is that the quick contacts widget doesn't allow me to add more than 14 contacts when it has 20 available slots. Once I get to 14 and I try to add another contact it will just replace the 14th contact instead of adding a 15th. I am on my second razr maxx and they both did this, anyone else having this problem? Anyone know a way around it?

I have a similar problem. Every few days, all but four of the contacts disappear and I have to add them again. I'm not sure what that is all about. Seems like the widget is kind of buggy.
