Root Quick Guide) Flashing another ROM

Hey guys? Whenever I want to flash a new rom, I go to the newbie steps and open up this section, so I can copy and paste into my command...

But it's gone... And I know the mods are aware of this problem... I just want to try out the new Midnight rom

Does somebody know what the two steps are...(the stuff you cut and paste)?? You know, something adb bootlauncher and fast boot?

I use twirp 1.1.1

To get to recovery:

adb reboot bootloader

fastboot boot recovery.img

Flash the ZIP from there.
