Help Quick help before I decide to buy a Nexus 4!!!

I need quick replies. I want to buy an unlocked GSM version over Amazon and use it on the 70$ prepaid T-Mobile plan. If I do that will it offer free hotspot? I don't have house WiFi and don't plan to get it anytime soon. Please answer asap.

Damn okay so I guess I will get it anyways and try his app suggestion once I get on the prepaid plan. If not I'll just have to fork out for WiFi at home and discontinue the prepaid service. Muchos gracias El Presidente
