Help Quick lookup in HTC hub..update won't.work? EVO 3d.

I just seen their is an update in HTC hub for quick lookup..my friend got it to successfully update on his EVO 3d and mine shows their is an update available but it won't work? It starts and disappears !? Is anyone else having this issue?

what have you done to troubleshoot?

soft reset?

battery pull?

made sure you were in a strong 3G area?

do you get an error message?

I tried everything no joke..and I tryed via Wifi and regular 3g it would POP up as if it were downloading but then it wouldn't finish !? And now today the whole plug in/app update isn't showing up in the HTC hub now!?
