how do I delete some downloads that somehow got into my quick office?

never used it but try a long press on a file and u might get a menu that includes delete

Hello and welcome to Android Forums. I would agree on what alpha0990 had suggested. Or you can installed an application call Astro File manager from the Google Play Store. This app will allow you delete files, music, pics, etc off the device.
