When uploaind anything on it,the images appear full white,and since i cannot edit the image names i do get confused. Is there a way how to edit the names of each image?

yes are the images on your sd card or internally. you should be able to long press on the image and a rename option should pop up or there should be a settings option in your file manager.
which is another thing you can do is get a different file manager other then the one that came with the tab4. es file manager is a good one to start.
